Rays Heating and Cooling is seeking a seasoned HVAC lead for on-site supervision of residential and commercial installations in Santa Clarita, CA. You will drive daily installations, mentor crew members, and uphold top service standards in a family-owned environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks to install helpers and manage crew workflow to meet project timelines.
Ensure all mechanical equipment, ductwork, and piping meet design specifications.
Train and mentor junior field technicians on tools, techniques, and safety standards.
Communicate with property owners to explain system operations and address site questions.
Maintain accurate installation records, material usage, and daily completion reports.
