This full-time position runs Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, with overtime opportunities available. You will dispatch directly from home each morning, heading straight to job sites without needing to report to an office.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION TECH

As a Lead HVAC Installation Tech, you will start your morning from home, heading directly to your assigned installation site. You will lead a team of installers, ensuring each HVAC system is installed efficiently, safely, and up to code. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and other trades to keep projects on schedule while troubleshooting any issues that arise. Testing and fine-tuning the system will be a key part of your role, ensuring everything runs perfectly before wrapping up the job. Along the way, you will educate homeowners on their new system, explaining maintenance tips and answering any questions. Keeping accurate records of the installation process will be essential, along with maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Here's what we need from you as a Lead HVAC Installation Tech:

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience in a lead or supervisory role
• Valid KY Journeyman HVAC License and driver's license
• Expertise in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance with all OSHA regulations
• References that showcase your expertise and professionalism
• Excellent leadership and team management skills preferred
