This is a full-time position with regular business hours. Work takes place within a 45-mile radius of our Concord, NC headquarters, providing a consistent schedule while serving residential customers throughout the local market.

You are the face of quality installation for Chad Love Services, helping homeowners enjoy safe, reliable, and efficient comfort systems throughout the year. Each day, you install residential heat pumps, air conditioning systems, furnaces, and mini-splits while using your knowledge of duct sizing and ductwork techniques to complete projects accurately and efficiently. You communicate with office staff and managers as needed, complete required checklists, utilize field service software and mobile technology for documentation and timesheets, and install, maintain, modify, and repair HVAC controls and associated equipment. Throughout every project, you ensure workmanship meets company standards, follows applicable codes, and reflects the professionalism and quality our customers have trusted for decades.
