Job summary

Chad Love Services in Concord, NC is seeking a full-time Field Sales Technician to help homeowners replace or repair HVAC systems and improve indoor air quality. You will meet with customers, listen to their needs, and present clear, honest recommendations to fit homes and budgets.

Daily you will follow up on leads, coordinate with the installation team for a smooth handoff, and build trust through every interaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of HVAC sales or outside/performance-based sales experience.
• Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
• At least 1 year of HVAC technical knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC replacement, repair, and indoor air quality needs.
• Educate customers on available options and provide clear, honest recommendations.

Schedule

This is a full-time position in which employees report to a central location before traveling to their assigned job sites and service areas throughout the day.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As our Field Sales Technician, you'll meet with homeowners to evaluate their HVAC replacement, repair, and indoor air quality needs, listening carefully to understand their concerns and goals. Throughout the day, you'll educate customers on available options, provide clear and honest recommendations, and help them select solutions that best fit their homes and budgets. You'll follow up on leads, answer questions, and build trust through every interaction. Once a sale is completed, you'll coordinate with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition and a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• 1+ years of HVAC Sales

OR

• Proven outside/performance-based sales experience

AND

• Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset

At least 1 year of HVAC technical knowledge is preferred.
