Columbus Worthington Air Overview is seeking experienced Residential HVAC Installers to join our team on a full-time basis. Earn between $60,000 and $100,000 per year based on performance, with potential to exceed this through strong results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to lead installations with a helper.
• Working knowledge of local HVAC inspection codes.
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Remove and dispose of outdated residential HVAC systems.
• Install, start up, and troubleshoot new HVAC equipment.
• Lead HVAC installations with the support of an assigned helper.
• Ensure installations meet local inspection codes and company standards.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and deliver a professional experience.
• Work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.
