ARS-Rescue Rooter in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Residential HVAC Installer for a full-time, year-round role. You will install and startup new HVAC systems, lead installations with a helper, and ensure work meets local codes and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Comfortable leading HVAC installs with a helper.
• Working knowledge of local HVAC inspection codes.
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Install, start up, and troubleshoot new HVAC equipment.
