Job summary

Gervais Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installation Technician to manage and deliver residential installations from start to finish. You will supervise crews, ensure safety and quality, and maintain excellent communication with homeowners throughout the project.

We offer strong growth, extensive paid training, NATE certification support, and a yearly earning potential of $100,000+ with a sign-on bonus up to $1,500.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years HVAC installation experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience leading an installation crew.
• HVAC licenses and certifications required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
