Job summary
HELP Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Lead Technician to oversee residential change-outs, lead a crew, and deliver high-quality installations with minimal supervision.
The role offers year-round residential install work, competitive pay, a benefits package, and growth opportunities within a team-focused company. EPA 2 certification is required, with Nate certification as a bonus.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years as a lead in Residential HVAC installation.
- Proficient in HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems.
- Ability to lead and coach apprentices on projects.
- Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings.
- EPA 2 Certification Required; Universal preferred. Nate Certification is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Install heating and air conditioning equipment per company requirements and manufacturer specifications.
- Provide project leadership with less experienced HVAC install apprentices to complete projects.
- Ensure safety for self and team members.
- Work under minimum supervision to install HVAC equipment in customers' homes.
- Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
- Provide exceptional customer service and explain system operation to customers.
