Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to start at 7:00 AM, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays).
• Ability to handle physical work in all seasons.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, and ductwork.
• Lead installations from start to finish, ensuring systems meet manufacturer and code standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues during installs or startups.
• Communicate clearly with customers on system operation and questions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Follow all safety protocols, codes, and industry standards.
