Responsibilities
- Install and perform general maintenance on customers' HVAC equipment
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes
- Represent the company as a professional and industry leader
- Provide 5-star customer service
- Track and stay accountable to performance metrics, with a willingness to try new approaches to improve
- Work in various weather conditions and through extreme temperatures
- Maintain an organized, clean vehicle and work site
