Responsibilities

• Provides daily guidance, training, and direction to HVAC crew.
• Supervises day-to-day operations and quality-checks machinery.
• Ensures safety, budget, and timely completion of projects.
• Builds strong relationships with field team, contractors, customers, and vendors.
• Plans procedures based on drawings, schedules, and staffing needs.
• Makes decisions by analyzing information to choose the best solutions.
• Requires PPE for anyone entering the job site at all times.
• Available for additional duties as assigned.
