Qualifications

• 5–7 years HVAC field experience.
• 5 years supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience operating and maintaining HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily guidance, training, and direction to HVAC crew.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and quality-check machinery.
• Ensure safety, budget, quality, and timely completion of projects.
• Build strong relationships with field team, contractors, owners, and vendors.
• Plan procedures using specs, schedule, drawings, and staffing requirements.
• Make decisions by analyzing information to solve problems.
• Wear PPE on site at all times.
• Be available for additional duties as assigned.
