Job summary

Ai&C Endeavors Inc in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an experienced HVAC Fabricator to join our growing team as the lead fabricator. This is a hands-on role focused on sheet metal and ductwork, blueprint interpretation, and guiding a small team to meet production goals.

You will operate fabrication equipment, estimate materials, and ensure safety and quality while delivering precise components for commercial and residential projects.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in HVAC sheet metal fabrication or a related trade.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate sheet metal ductwork, fittings, and HVAC components to specification.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and shop tickets to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Operate fabrication equipment including brakes, shears, roll formers, and cutting tools.
• Estimate materials and labor for customer orders with quick turnaround.
• Lead and mentor a small team (2–3 direct reports) to meet production deadlines.
