Eco Home Heroes in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Lead HVAC Ductwork Installer to oversee installation projects throughout the Greater Las Vegas Valley. You’ll measure, fabricate and install ductwork, review plans, coordinate your crew, and ensure every system is installed with precision.

This full-time role offers $35-$50 per hour plus bonuses, a company phone, uniforms, a 401(k) plan, flexible schedules, paid drive time, a bonus structure, and a tool allowance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation or ductwork.
• Trade school training and technical knowledge.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to follow direction.
