Job summary

Toth & Associates, Inc. (TOTH) has an opening for a Transmission Engineer III/IV located in Kennewick, WA. The role involves designing high-voltage transmission lines, performing analyses, and delivering complete design packages across projects.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with project teams and clients, and help push engineering best practices while meeting schedules and budgets. This position requires strong communication and ABET-accredited training.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering program required.
• EIT certification required.
• 3–6 years of transmission line design experience.
• Experience with PLS-CADD and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Independently design high-voltage transmission lines, poles and related structures.
• Prepare design calculations, engineering reports and material specs.
• Develop staking sheets, plan drawings and bills of materials.
• Ensure designs comply with regulations and standards.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with project teams.
