Job summary

Invenergy LLC is seeking a Manager of HV Maintenance to lead high-voltage maintenance strategy across wind, solar, and storage facilities. The role supervises planned substation maintenance, supports outages, and guides the in-house HV/MV technician team in planning, safety, and execution.

You will develop procedures, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with NFPA 70E, OSHA, IEEE, and NETA standards while coordinating with Operations, Engineering, and Asset Management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the industry with HV testing or substation maintenance focus.
• Supervise MV/HV testing and maintenance activities.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E, OSHA electrical safety, grounding, and LOTO procedures.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planned substation maintenance by contractors and in-house technicians.
• Lead in-house HV/MV technician team for inspections, testing, repairs, and outages.
• Recruit, train, and develop HV/MV technicians and establish team standards.
• Manage technician scheduling, callouts, and workload balancing across sites.
• Develop transition plans to move maintenance scopes from contractor to in-house.
• Create procedures for MV/HV testing and repair.
• Manage budgets, labor, equipment, and contractors.
