Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in human services or related field with required experience.
• Two years of social work, counseling, or related casework experience.
• One year of leading teams or coordinating others is required.
• Equivalents accepted; higher degree does not substitute for required experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the work of Human Services Specialists and Technicians in eligibility processing.
• Provide ongoing training on software applications used for case processing.
• Troubleshoot issues and coach staff within policy and procedure constraints.
• Work under the Human Services Supervisor with independent judgment in planning and assignments.
