Your role at Dynatrace

Dynatrace's People and Culture Team is embarking on a large-scale transformation initiative to enhance our people processes and technology. We are seeking a Lead HR Data Analyst who will collaborate closely with stakeholders to interpret data that addresses key business issues.

Open to remote applicants; preference will be given to those in the greater Detroit or Boston areas.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates skilled in extracting impactful insights from People Data, supporting business analytics and intelligence that enable informed decision-making by our leaders.

  • Analyze data and statistics for trends related to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and data privacy regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients to set expectations regarding data availability and reporting outcomes.
  • Consult with business leaders to identify new reporting needs to support decision-making.
  • Standardize and simplify reports for organizational use.
  • Interpret data and advise stakeholders within People & Culture and the broader business.
  • Define the People & Culture analytics roadmap, determine technology requirements, and conduct end-to-end testing for critical initiatives.
  • Perform advanced cost analyses and modeling.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to improve organizational culture, including strategies for talent attraction, retention, staffing, and legal compliance.
  • Support the data-driven implementation of training, development, recruiting, and related initiatives.
  • Identify and suggest improvements for Data Analytics tools, technologies, and methods.

  • Experience working in international HR and People Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively partner with stakeholders at various levels.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively and communicate insights clearly.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive with the ability to develop process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel.
  • Fluent in English.

Compensation Data

DOE, salary $120K - $140K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation varies based on experience, education, and location.
