Job Summary

The Lead HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic individual contributor who acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, leveraging deep HR expertise and business acumen to drive initiatives aligned with organizational goals. This role involves addressing complex issues with innovative solutions, fostering collaboration, and influencing talent strategies, organizational design, and workforce planning to promote a high-performance culture and enhance employee engagement and retention.

Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
  • Serve as a primary HR advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational design.
  • Evaluate complex business challenges and develop creative, effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and other teams to deliver seamless programs and initiatives.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to influence decision-making and ensure alignment with company goals.
Employee Engagement & Retention
  • Lead initiatives to boost employee satisfaction, engagement, and foster an inclusive, innovative culture.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues ensuring compliance and organizational values alignment.
  • Design and implement retention and career development programs tailored to workforce needs.
  • Oversee employee recognition programs, managing related budgets.
Talent Management & Leadership Development
  • Manage performance processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and rewards.
  • Coach managers to develop leadership capabilities aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Partner with Learning & Development teams to create targeted training programs.
  • Lead succession planning to prepare for key leadership transitions.
HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide insights to leadership.
  • Use data to enhance HR processes, programs, and strategies.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Communicate HR updates through collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, email, meetings).
Requirements and Preferred Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HRBP.
  • Proven ability to handle complex organizational challenges with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic, data-driven approach to HR initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or high-growth sectors.
  • Knowledge of global HR practices and compliance.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) are desirable.
  • Experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments, change management, leadership coaching, and organizational design.

Salary range: $120K – $190K, including base and performance-based variable compensation. Final compensation depends on qualifications, expertise, and location.
