Job summary

Homestead in Midway, Utah, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations and maintain pristine guest spaces within a scenic mountain resort.

You will oversee room cleaning, public areas, and laundry, train staff, inspect cleanliness, and collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations, while ensuring safety and high standards year-round.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in housekeeping or cleaning.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency with housekeeping software.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations
• Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service
• Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a healthy work environment
