Job summary

Canyon Ranch Austin is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping, custodial, and laundry operations. You will ensure rooms and public spaces meet exacting standards, coach staff, and collaborate with Front Office and Engineering to uphold service excellence.

The role requires flexibility for afternoons/evenings/weekends/holidays, 1–2 years of hospitality experience, and strong communication. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of housekeeping, custodial, laundry, or related hospitality experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and laundry operations meet cleanliness standards.
• Provide real‑time coaching to maintain quality and service expectations.
• Supervise Housekeeping, Custodial, and Laundry staff on assigned shifts.
• Monitor inventory levels and support cost‑control initiatives.
• Assist with payroll–related processes and departmental budgeting.
