Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning personnel and ensure units are cleaned effectively and efficiently.
• Assign duties to housekeeping staff.
• Prepare rooms for housekeeping during peak periods.
• Train staff using MasterCorp’s 7-step cleaning process.
• Inspect units and report vacancies and maintenance issues.
• Maintain safe working environment at each site.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns.
• Manage linen inventories and supplies.
