Job summary

You will train staff, assign duties, inspect rooms, and uphold safety and service standards, with responsibilities during peak periods and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high standard of excellence within staff.
• Assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
• Prep rooms for housekeepers during peak periods.
• Prepare rooms using the 7-step cleaning process during busy periods.
• Train staff and new recruits.
• Report unit maintenance issues per procedure.
• Inspect carpets, drapes, and furniture for stains or wear.
• Inspect units and prepare them as vacant and ready for guests.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness across sites.
