Job summary

Tharaldson Hospitality’s Cabazon property is seeking a diligent Housekeeping Supervisor. Directs the housekeeping program to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive hotel conditions, working through supervisors as needed.

You will supervise housekeeping staff, provide training and safety instruction, inspect rooms for quality, handle guest concerns, assist the General Manager with staffing, and manage inventory and maintenance reports.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college, or technical school.
• 10
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Supervises housekeeping staff.
• Provides training, including safety training and SOPs to all housekeeping personnel.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards by inspecting rooms, including deep cleans.
• Distributes keys and work assignments to staff.
• Addresses guest complaints regarding housekeeping service or equipment.
• Assists GM in staffing decisions for housekeeping.
• Maintains inventory of linens and supplies.
• Reports repairs to maintenance staff and logs details.
• Performs duties of Housekeeper as needed.
