Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of housekeeping or hotel supervisory experience.
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to clean guest rooms according to brand standards and productivity expectations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team daily.
• Train team on standards, safety procedures, and best practices.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality standards.
• Assign daily schedules and room allocations; manage keys.
• Address guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff.
• Monitor inventory of linens and supplies; report maintenance issues.
• Ensure rooms are ready for occupancy and manage lost and found items.
• Step in to assist with cleaning as needed; promote a safe work environment.
