Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of housekeeping lead or supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of housekeeping experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning and infection control procedures.
• Proficiency with computer software including Word and Outlook.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English; Spanish a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide team leadership and supervise staff when the Manager is absent.
• Mentor and guide housekeepers and custodians.
• Operate department vehicles and equipment to keep grounds clean.
• Monitor performance and report concerns for follow-up.
• Assist with scheduling of apartment cleaning and special projects.
• Communicate daily duty assignments to staff.
• Unlock and lock resident units as needed.
• Keep cleaning equipment in good repair and report issues.
