• We are hiring immediately for a full-time LEAD HOUSEKEEPER position.
• Address: St Vincent Clay - 1206 East National Avenue, Brazil, IN 47834. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, with some weekends and evenings; hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirements: Previous housekeeping and management experience are preferred but not required.
• Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Supervises, trains, and inspects the performance of assigned housekeeping staff to ensure standards are met, assisting as needed to provide excellent service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide quality service with attention to detail.
2. Ensure staff report to work and document attendance issues.
3. Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
4. Manage shift call-offs and replacements.
5. Coordinate staff breaks and distribute assignments.
6. Assign keys, radios, and beepers; maintain security.
7. Check equipment and supplies; instruct staff on deficiencies.
8. Inspect areas for cleanliness and standards compliance.
9. Support staff to meet cleanliness and service standards.
10. Conduct staff training and promote professionalism.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
