Job Summary

Summary: Supervises, trains, and inspects the performance of housekeeping staff to meet standards and ensure excellent service to guests. Assists staff as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide quality service with attention to detail.
• Ensure staff report to work and document attendance issues.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage call-offs and shift replacements.
• Coordinate staff breaks and distribute assignments.
• Assign keys, radios, and beepers; maintain security.
• Check equipment and supplies; instruct staff on corrections.
• Inspect areas for cleanliness standards.
• Assist staff to uphold high cleanliness and service standards.
• Conduct staff training as needed.
• Exhibit professionalism and teamwork.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
