Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Lead Housekeeper to oversee daily housekeeping operations across a senior living community in Georgia. You will supervise staff, ensure clean common areas and resident apartments, and manage schedules and training.

The role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with residents, families, and staff. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have housekeeping experience and leadership experience.
• Ability to coach/direct housekeeping staff.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Able to complete assignments thoroughly and on time.
• Team player and able to collaborate with others.
• Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, grasp, push and pull for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs and carry heavy objects for up to 20 feet.
• Must wear designated uniform and maintain good personal hygiene.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the day-to-day housekeeping operations.
• Complete housekeeping work schedules and supervise staff.
• Maintain cleaning of common areas and resident apartments.
• Operate laundry equipment when needed.
• Report supply needs and maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality of residents.
