Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations for community with emphasis on common areas and resident bathrooms.
• Provide supervision and training for housekeeping staff daily; develop and manage schedules.
• Arrange coverage for staff call-outs and monitor compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality; follow policies regarding release of resident information.
• Prepare maintenance request reports and coordinate with Maintenance Director as needed.
• Ensure proper storage and use of cleaning supplies and maintain clean office areas.
