TouchPoint Support Services, part of Compass Healthcare, seeks a Housekeeper Lead in Birmingham, AL for a full-time 3rd shift (11:00 pm–7:30 am) with rotating weekends/holidays. Supervisory duties include training and inspecting housekeeping staff to meet unit standards.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality service to customers by giving one-on-one attention to detail.
• Ensures staff report to work and clock in properly; documents lateness or absences.
• Resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Documents call-offs and arranges replacements for shifts.
• Coordinates staff breaks and distributes assignment sheets; communicates changes.
• Checks equipment and supplies; ensures proper upkeep and safety.
