Ready to lead with purpose and help build a clean, safe, and caring environment for older adults?

At Friendsview, we believe a clean space supports a full life—and we’re looking for someone like you to help make that happen. If you’re proactive, people-centered, and have an eye for detail, this is your chance to step into a leadership role where your work truly matters.

Your Role: Assistant to the Housekeeping Supervisor

You’ll support the Housekeeping Supervisor by training new team members, ensuring quality standards are met, and stepping in when leadership coverage is needed. You’ll also play a hands‑on role with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining safe spaces across our community.

This is more than just a cleaning job—this is a leadership position with heart.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Train and support new housekeeping staff, making sure they feel confident and set up for success
  • Help with inspections, quality checks, and safety audits
  • Perform deep-cleaning tasks, stock supplies, handle laundry, and keep our common areas and resident rooms sparkling
  • Support residents and team members with friendliness, respect, and a service-first mindset
  • Step into the Supervisor role when needed—making scheduling decisions, finding shift coverage, and keeping everything running smoothly
  • Assist with planning annual projects (yes, even cool stuff like Serve Day!)
What You Bring:
  • At least 1 year of housekeeping or related experience
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish? That’s a big plus!
  • Some leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to stay on top of tasks—even when no one’s looking
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and be a part of something meaningful
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
  • Enjoy working independently and taking initiative
  • Believe that older adults deserve respect, dignity, and great service
  • Want to work in a place where people actually live their values—like integrity, compassion, and community
  • Can roll with the occasional unexpected moment and still keep a positive attitude
  • Competitive pay
  • Leadership growth opportunities
  • A close-knit team that supports each other
  • Training and development

Must pass background check, drug screen, and provide work eligibility docs
Valid driver's license may be required for off-site locations

Let’s make every day cleaner, safer, and better—together.
