Job summary

Embassy Suites Denver Tech Center is seeking an experienced Lead Housekeeper/Supervisor to ensure our hotel remains impeccably clean for guests. You will lead the housekeeping team, uphold high cleanliness standards, and go above and beyond to deliver the “wow” factor for repeat stays.

The ideal candidate will split the week between inspecting suites three days and cleaning guest rooms the other two shifts, with a focus on organization and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduated high school or equivalent certification.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• 1+ years of professional housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas to standard.
• Make beds and stock rooms with supplies.
• Track rooms cleaned and document lost and found, damage, repairs.
• Respond to guest questions during their stay.
• Vacuum, mop, dust and polish furniture, and do laundry as needed.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties and arrange guest rooms to our hotel’s standard before guests arrive
• Track rooms cleaned and document lost and found items, damage, and repairs needed
• Keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies
• Reply to general questions guests have during their stay
• Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed

Qualifications

• Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification
• Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products
• 1+ years as a professional housekeeper or similar position
