Job Summary and Qualifications

The Lead EVS Associate supervises the Environmental Services Department, ensuring a sanitary, aesthetically pleasing environment while complying with all regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve existing systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards (TJC, OSHA, EEOC).
• Supervise all Environmental Services activities to maintain a clean environment.
• Conduct daily quality inspections and patient interviews, focusing on discharge patients.
• Promote positive patient interactions to meet HCAHPS goals.
• Achieve employee engagement and monitor supplies and costs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• At least 3 years of experience in environmental services or hospitality.
• Knowledge of hospital and healthcare operations and financial metrics.
