Cal Farley's Boys Ranch seeks caring House Parents to provide direct care and create a home-like environment for children. You will live in a cottage with up to eight children, guiding daily routines and offering support that helps build resilience and self-esteem.

Flexibility is required to work evenings and weekends; relocation to Boys Ranch, Texas is mandatory, though applicants nationwide are welcome to apply. Join a nonprofit dedicated to safe, family-style care.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in childcare or related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Ability to work independently with problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Live in your assigned cottage and care for up to eight children.
• Teach and lead cottage rules and daily routines.
• Provide encouragement, guidance, and counseling to residents.
• Participate in educational and recreational activities with the youth.
• Ensure children's basic needs (food, shelter) are met.
• Act as a positive role model and demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
