Burger King is hiring an Hourly Shift Coordinator in Lake Orion, Michigan. You will lead Team Members on assigned shifts to ensure food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety, while coaching in the moment and solving problems quickly.

Under the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, you will own shift execution, communicate effectively, and drive results through leadership by example. Growth opportunities exist within BK.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or fast-paced environments.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts.
• Commitment to guest experiences and BK standards.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew with feedback and development while keeping energy high.
• Lead shift operations by following the shift plan, upholding BK standards, directing workflow.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, inventory management, and receiving truck orders.
