Qualifications

• Experience in condo-hotel or mixed-use properties strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing renovation or capital improvement projects valued at $500K+.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hands-on repairs across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Develop and execute a preventive maintenance schedule.
• Track work orders, maintenance costs, and vendor performance.
