Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years housekeeping experience required.
• Experience in administrative support and/or healthcare preferred.
• Ability to operate department equipment and follow English instructions.
• Ability to read and write English and communicate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment and culture aligned with the organization's mission, vision and values.
• Serve as the personal point of contact for communication with the office/storeroom area and dispatch.
• Enforce employee check-in/out, supply and equipment policies to maintain an orderly office/storeroom area; act as departmental secretary.
• Interact professionally with patients and families while maintaining service excellence standards.
