Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years housekeeping experience.
• High school education or equivalent required.
• Experience in administrative support and/or healthcare is preferred.
• Ability to operate department equipment and to read/write in English.
• Ability to cope with stress and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide dispatch and answer telephone calls; be the primary contact for the office/storeroom.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in line with service excellence while interacting with patients, families, and coworkers.
• Enforce check-in/out, supply and equipment policies to keep the office/storeroom orderly.
• Follow supervisor instructions and perform other duties as assigned.
