Qualifications

• High School or GED Diploma.
• Experience in hospital housekeeping is preferred.
• Ability to communicate policies clearly to staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff during shift and assign tasks, monitor performance.
• Complete area inspections and safety checks as directed.
• Coach and train new staff and support employee engagement.
• Manage supply usage, restocking, and daily housekeeping tasks.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and ensure proper sanitation.
• Support in emergency/disaster procedures and incident reporting.
