Baptist Health Downtown is seeking a Lead Hospital Housekeeper to join the Environmental Services team in Jacksonville, FL. The role oversees housekeeping quality and staff, ensuring a safe environment for patients and visitors with UV disinfection technologies in use.

The position is full-time, nights (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) at 800 Prudential Dr, Downtown, Baptist Downtown. Experience in Environmental Services is preferred; High School Diploma is requested.

Qualifications

• Supervises department staff to maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Prioritize tasks and schedules for efficient operations.
• 1–2 years of Environmental Services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trains, supervises, and motivates department personnel to ensure a high quality standard of housekeeping.
• Ensures that all tasks and schedules are completed in an efficient manner.
• Lead Hospital Housekeeper role requires 1–2 years Environmental Services experience.
