Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping staff and provide daily direction.
• Assist with onboarding and training of staff.
• Coordinate daily assignments and monitor coverage to meet service levels.
• Provide coaching and feedback and communicate performance concerns.
• Promote safety, infection prevention, and proper PPE usage.
• Maintain clear communication with the Housekeeping Manager and staff.
