Daniels Health is seeking a Lead Representative to provide customer service and field support across Intermountain clinic locations. You will inspect and service products, maintain inventory, and partner with drivers, operations, sales, and corporate staff to ensure smooth operations at each hospital site.

The role emphasizes lead responsibilities, daily travels to hospitals, and hands-on container management while maintaining PPE and safety standards.

Formación

• 1+ years lead experience required.
• Experience in a warehouse labor-intensive job with heavy lifting.
• Basic math and ability to read/record weights.
• Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and wearing PPE.
• Proven longevity with employers.
• Willingness to undergo 5 panel drug screen and background check.
• Personal transportation to multiple hospitals.

Responsabilidades

• Travel daily to five hospitals for service.
• Backfill for field service representatives.
• Check in/out using time tracking software.
• Keep staging area neat and equipment in working order.
• Service containers per Daily Service Schedule.
• Exchange containers and transport full containers to storage.
• Communicate with supervisor and nursing staff about needs.
• Lead or assist with customer installs.
• Perform waste audits as needed.
• Provide management support to field service reps.
• Respond to emergencies state-wide as needed.

Daniels Health is searching for a customer service oriented individual to join us as a Lead Representative at Intermountain clinic locations. This position is responsible for the inspection and servicing of all products within their assigned hospital or medical center. They will be responsible for maintaining inventory and delivering the first line of customer service on behalf of Daniels. The Representative will team up daily with drivers, operations personnel, sales teams, and corporate support staff to service their assigned hospital location.

What will your job involve?

• Traveling to applicable service sites everyday, rotating between 5 hospitals
• Backfilling for field service representatives:
• Arrives on-time at facility in Daniels-appropriate uniform and checks in with EVS staff on arrival/departure. Checks in and out of shifts using our time tracking software
• Ensures staging area is neat and orderly and all delivery equipment is in working order
• Checks and services containers throughout hospital according to Daily Service Schedule
• Exchanges containers, loads transporters with full containers, and transports full containers to storage area to replace cart with empty containers
• Stays in consistent communication with field service supervisor on quality of containers, issues, and status of service schedule
• Periodically communicates with nurses, nurse managers, environmental services mangers, and other stakeholder regarding current needs
• Lifting containers weighing up to 40 lbs
• Pushing / pulling wheeled transporters and/or palletized product up to approximately 300 lbs
• Providing management support for field service representatives including but not limited to:
• Addresses and resolves concerns
• Evaluates service and provides training as needed for field service representatives
• Provides clinical staff training for standard and premium accounts
• Is readily available for servicing emergencies state-wide
• Shadows representatives as needed to ensure quality service
• Performing waste audits as needed
• Leads and/or assists with customer installs

What are we looking for?

• Personal transportation to multiple Hospitals!!
• Standard Hospital Vaccinations!!!
• Willingness to take a 5 panel urine drug screening
• Willingness to take a 7 year background check
• 1 + years of previous lead experience is required/minimum
• Previous experience in a warehouse labor-intensive job (repetitive lifitng of 50lbs to 75lb containers!!)
• Basic math and ability to read/record weights accurately
• Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems
• Comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in PPE
• Proven longevity with employers
• Can-do attitude!!
• Seeking EVS, Housekeeping, Sterilization Technician Experience!
