Daniels Health is seeking a Lead Field Service Representative to inspect and service products at Intermountain hospital locations. You will work with drivers, operations, sales, and support staff to maintain service quality.

The role requires traveling to five hospitals daily, lifting up to 75 lbs, and coordinating container movements. Uniforms, PPE, and timely communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of lead experience is required.
• Experience in warehouse labor-intensive work with lifting 50–75 lbs.
• Basic math and ability to read/record weights accurately.
• Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems.
• Willingness to undergo a 5 panel urine drug screening and a 7 year background check.
• Must have personal transportation to multiple hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to service sites, rotating between 5 hospitals.
• Backfill for field service representatives and check in with facility staff.
• Ensure staging area is neat and equipment is in working order.
• Check and service containers according to Daily Service Schedule.
• Transport full containers and load empty containers as needed.
• Communicate with field service supervisor and nurses about needs.
• Provide support for emergencies state-wide and assist with installs.
• Push/pull transporters up to 300 lbs.

Daniels Health is searching for a customer service oriented individual to join us as a Lead Field Service Representative at Intermountain clinic locations. This position is responsible for the inspection and servicing of all products within their assigned hospital or medical center. They will be responsible for maintaining inventory and delivering the first line of customer service on behalf of Daniels. The Representative will team up daily with drivers, operations personnel, sales teams, and corporate support staff to service their assigned hospital location.

What will your job involve?

• Traveling to applicable service sites everyday, rotating between 5 hospitals
• Backfilling for field service representatives:
• Arrives on-time at facility in Daniels-appropriate uniform and checks in with EVS staff on arrival/departure. Checks in and out of shifts using our time tracking software
• Ensures staging area is neat and orderly and all delivery equipment is in working order
• Checks and services containers throughout hospital according to Daily Service Schedule
• Exchanges containers, loads transporters with full containers, and transports full containers to storage area to replace cart with empty containers
• Stays in consistent communication with field service supervisor on quality of containers, issues, and status of service schedule
• Periodically communicates with nurses, nurse managers, environmental services mangers, and other stakeholder regarding current needs
• Lifting containers weighing up to 40 lbs
• Providing management support for field service representatives including but not limited to:
• Addresses and resolves concerns
• Evaluates service and provides training as needed for field service representatives
• Provides clinical staff training for standard and premium accounts
• Is readily available for servicing emergencies state-wide
• Shadows representatives as needed to ensure quality service
• Performing waste audits as neededLeads and/or assists with customer installs
• Pushing / pulling wheeled transporters and/or palletized product up to approximately 300 lbs

• 1 + years of previous lead experience is required/minimum
• Previous experience in a warehouse labor-intensive job (repetitive lifitng of 50lbs to 75lb containers!!)
• Basic math and ability to read/record weights accurately
• Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems
• Comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in PPE
• Proven longevity with employers
• Can-do attitude!!
• Seeking EVS, Housekeeping, Sterilization Technician Experience!
