Job summary

TruBlue Home Service Ally of Denver Metro North is seeking a seasoned Lead Home Service Technician to manage a team of skilled handymen. The role covers a broad range of tasks from carpentry and remodeling to basic plumbing and electrical work, with an emphasis on customer-focused service.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in handyman/remodeling, strong leadership, and the ability to drive projects forward. Licensing is encouraged; driver’s license and vehicle required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of paid experience in general carpentry, handyman and/or remodeling work.
• Ability to lead a group of technicians and report to you.
• Licensed tradesmen encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to complete handyman projects in homes in the community.
• Perform a variety of home improvement tasks including carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing and electrical as needed.
• Oversee and train assistant technicians; set up systems and policies as operations needs.
• Manage projects from scope to completion, ensuring quality and safety.
