• Ten or more years of paid experience in general carpentry, handyman, and/or remodeling work.
• Experience leading a team of technicians and coordinating multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of technicians to complete home improvement tasks on schedule.
• Handle a range of handyman projects from small repairs to major remodels.
• Coordinate jobs, estimate materials, and maintain safety standards on site.
• Provide hands-on supervision and guidance to junior team members.
