The role emphasizes safety, client communication, and hands-on craftsmanship across bathroom/kitchen upgrades, drywall, flooring, carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing/electrical within scope. A strong leader who mentors others will thrive here.

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience.
Experience mentoring other technicians preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Committed to doing the job right for clients and team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
