Job summary

TruBlue of East Wake & Northern Johnston County is seeking a Lead Home Service Technician for full-time work in the local area. You will perform residential repairs, maintenance, and improvements with a focus on safety and quality. This role requires hands-on craftsmanship and reliable customer communication.

You will work Monday–Friday, with competitive hourly pay ($26–$30) plus performance bonuses and strong office support as the company expands in Wake and Johnston Counties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of paid handyman, remodeling, maintenance, or home repair experience
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple types of projects
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Comfortable working in occupied homes, including homes of seniors and vulnerable adults
• Must provide and maintain personal hand tools

TruBlue of East Wake & Northern Johnston County is a new locally owned franchise opening in our community. We provide professional handyman services, home maintenance, and safety modifications that help seniors age safely in place while supporting busy families throughout Wake and Johnston Counties.

We're looking for a skilled and dependable Lead Home Service Technician who takes pride in quality work, communicates professionally with customers, and wants to help build something special from the ground floor.
