Job summary

Window Genie is seeking a dependable Crew Lead to oversee a home services team delivering window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, holiday lighting, and window tinting. You will guide scheduling, safety, and service quality while working in customers' homes and outdoor spaces.

No experience is required, but leadership and the ability to work outdoors with ladders are valued. Training is provided, and a company vehicle is available for duties.

Qualifications

• No experience needed, but prior service experience is a plus.
• Must be physically capable of lifting ladders and working on ladders up to 32 feet.

Responsibilities

• Lead a home services team/ crew.
• Perform residential window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, holiday lighting, and window tinting services.
• Perform other home services as necessary.
• Keep company vehicle and equipment serviced, clean, and in good working order.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Lead a home services team/ crew

• Perform other home services as necessary
• Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition

Job Requirements:

• No experience necessary but prior experience in any of our service categories is a plus
• Physical ability to lift ladders
• Willing and able to work up to 32' on a ladder
