Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Exterior Cleaning Technician Lead to supervise a field crew delivering window cleaning and pressure washing for residential and commercial clients. You will lead safety, quality control, and customer service on job sites.

This full-time role offers day shifts, growth into operations management, and a pay package with hourly wages plus bonuses and tips. Paid training is provided and overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift and carry ladders up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet all day.
• Background check required.
• Experience in holiday lighting, window cleaning, or pressure washing preferred.
• Sales or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervising work teams.
• Meet performance goals daily, weekly and monthly.
• Perform exterior cleaning services (windows, siding, driveways, etc.).
• Safely use ladders and equipment on job sites.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally.
• Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate with customers on-site and by phone.
